Visit Us
Nehrling Gardens is open to visitors every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am – 2pm. Our OPEN GARDEN DAYS (with opportunities for guided tours) are the 1st and 2nd Saturdays of each month from 9am – 3pm, unless otherwise noted on the events calendar. All are welcome to drop by to tour or volunteer on projects during open hours, we request a $5 donation per person to help continue our mission at Nehrling Gardens. As our restoration efforts progress and funding increases, our hours of availability will continue to expand.
Pets are not permitted in the gardens. Service dogs are welcome, however; therapy support animals and pets are not permitted. Do not leave animals in your car.
PRIVATE TOURS are available by appointment and a $10 donation per person with a minimum of $30 per tour . Please contact us here to schedule your visit.
Each visitor to the Gardens must complete and sign a Release & Waiver before touring the property. While these are available on the property and can be completed when you arrive, we suggest that you please complete ahead of time and bring with you upon arrival as this will maximize your time at our gardens.

Tours will cover approximately 3/4 mile on foot through gently contoured terrain, as well as several small sets of steps. Paths are mulched. Because of the nature of this historic property, we are currently unable to accommodate wheelchairs and apologize for any inconvenience.
Following your tour, we recommend visiting Yellow Dog Eats, a charming, casual cafe in the historic Gotha Country Store, a half mile south of Nehrling Gardens on Hempel Avenue at Gotha Road.
