NG uses reputable third-party providers, including Paypal, Fundly, Mailchimp and Google Analytics among others, to aid in managing the website, improving our marketing, and creating a better user experience for our visitors.

We do provide paid products and/or services within the Service and onsite. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. NG offers visitors the opportunity to subscribe to one or more online newsletters. These newsletters are hosted by Mailchimp provider. Users may remove themselves from these mailing lists by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. The information collected here is used solely for the purpose of the newsletters. NG does not sell, rent, or otherwise exploit in any way the email addresses of subscribers.
Data for Online Membership, Purchases and Donations
NG processes online membership purchases, membership renewals, and donations using technology provided by Fundly, LLC. The latest encryption technologies are employed, and Fundly will not disclose, sell, trade, rent, or otherwise reveal your personal information to any entity other than NG.
NG does not sell/share mailing addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, or email addresses.

NG Membership Emails
Periodically, NG’s sends out information regarding membership renewals, benefits, public events, and important Garden news or information. Members’ email addresses are collected through forms that are filled out by the members. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the instructions at the bottom of every email dispatch.

Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
